Vegra manufactures high quality specialized and environmentally safe products for the printing process.
1. Aqueous dispersion coatings, high glossy or matt-for use in rorogravure, flexographic printing and froller coaters, especially
suited for inline coating in offset presses via dampening unit or
coating system.
2. Solvent-free, UV-curing coatings-for all printing technologies,
with extremely low skin irritation.
3. Fountain solutions -for the uses in web offset heatset, continous stationary printing, newspaper and sheetfed printing, for alcohol- reduced or alcohol- free applications. The products are corrosion- inhibited and do not contain formaldehyde or formaldehyde deposit components.
4. Water-miscible, corrosion-inhibited cleaning agents-for rubber blankets, rollers and moulds, suitable for hand washing and for automatic blanket washers. The formulations are based either on vegetable raw materials or on high boiling material oils. All products
are non-aromatic and free from chlorinated hydrocarbons. They
contain corrosion inhibitors according to the care regulation of the press manufacturers and feature excellent skin tolerance. Contaminated cleaning agents are regenerated in our plant and returned to the cleaning cycle.
